Luis went above and beyond to assist me with my vehicle service experience. He took his time to explain the service and made sure i had transportation before I left my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle he explained the service that was completed and walked me out to my vehicle just to be sure it was waiting for me outside. Luis is the real deal. When I went on July 10, after changing the oil in my car, they told me that I would have to do some urgent work, changing the transmission oil (they marked it as red) and the shock absorbers/suspension components also had to be fixed (they marked it as red) on that date I decided not to do the service, today I went back to change the engine oil, and when I went back to get the car I decided to see the checklist, to. I approved the performance of the service and to my surprise the new checklist came out saying that the transmission oil could be done in the future (it was in the yellow column) and the component suspension that was previously urgent was changed to the green column as okay. My question, did they try to deceive me with a problem that never existed? Or is the problem there and the mechanic said he checked it and didn't check anything? I was very frustrated and I don't know if I trust your service anymore
