Luis, was absolutely amazing but I’m concerned that my Honda Pilot is a flawed vehicle. This service was the third major problem after the Computer and Software problems closely followed by a transaxle replacement and shortly thereafter an Engine Block replacement. I need to go on record letting Honda know that if there are any further out of the ordinary service issues I will be demanding a new vehicle. To repeat, I have no issues with the service personnel, the concern is the major problems with the vehicle.

I had to wait 15 minutes in my vehicle for a service advisor to come out even though I scheduled an appointment ahead of time I even got there 5 minutes before my schedule time to make sure I get in the queue may want to make sure I'm future service advisor are available to meet up with the customers

I’m wanted to thank you for a great customer experience yesterday with my vehicle maintenance appointment. As soon I pulled into the service drive, I was immediately greeted by a porter. Arbenz then came to greet me and assist me. Arbenz did an amazing job explaining exactly what my A14 maintenance alert would entail and provided options just in case I needed to think about financial options. Since the service was going to take a few hours, Arbenz coordinated a shuttle ride home for me. George was very warm and friendly during my drive home. Arbenz was very communicative and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. He informed me of the need to replace my rear brakes as well as coordinated a Lyft ride back to the dealership. The Lyft came within a few minutes and I was back at the dealership quickly. Arbenz greeted me and was ready to further explain all the details of my service. I stopped having my vehicle serviced at dealerships years ago due to a few negative experiences I had in the past. I have it another try, and things seemed to improve. This visit was by far one of the very best experiences I have had. I truly appreciate the exceptional service I received…thank you!
