When I arrived at the service drive up Matthew met me at my car. We discussed the items I was needing done to my car. Matthew Garrett was very helpful he even got into my car to show me how to fix one the issues. It was not as easy as he thought. He informed the technicians will look at it. When I returned later in the day we discussed the items that were done to the car. Matthew told me the way to change the status of the cruise control. And just like that. The problem was resolved. I was very happy that I had a resolution that was not expensive one. Thank you Matthew and good luck and best wishes on your future endeavors.

Whoever did the actual detailing on my car did a fabulous job. The shuttle drivers were also very pleasant and careful.

I purchased this Odyssey from this location. Every time it’s required service the van has always gone back to this Honda dealership for all maintenance.
