I was offered a pickup to go get my car back, but all I got was a text saying it was ready. Then I called and they told me the driver would come for me and call me when he was closed, he never did. I ended up getting a Lyft. Also, I mentioned a defect showing up in the paint and nothing was mentioned about it.

Nathaniel did very well, informing me of mandatory and recommended services. He did the correct thing of letting me know that the expensive service was recommended by time but not by miles, which let me decide whether to do the service now or later. He also kept me I for bed what an optional service ran long, which let me decide whether to leave the vehicle or to bring it in.
