Alex was awesome all through the process. He kept me informed on the timeline of my repair and answered all the questions I had. The only bummer was that I could not thank him personally when I picked up my vehicle as he was at lunch. I was a bit worried that one of the service mechanics chased me down and forgot a tool as well as forgot to finish a panel during my visit. I also found several screws in the floor of my vehicle and one of them in the front cupholder. Doing a visual inspection I couldn't find anything out of the ordinary but it is concerning as this is my only vehicle.
