Nathaniel Arce was extremely rude, condescending, and made it seem like I was burdening him. I had an appointment, but he immediately came off as annoyed that he had to help me out. Then, when I spoke to him about the work I needed done, he was extremely rude about it. This was my first time back getting service at the dealership, and it confirmed my belief that I should not come back.
