I was not happy that I had to return the next day because there was an issue with the trunk mat that I came to have installed. The only reason I put satisfied was because Amery was a gem and a real kind human. If not for him, I probably would have been pretty upset to have to drive down to Norm Reeves Honda two days in a row.

The service inspection said they check breaks and quite a few other things. The brakes actually need replaced.You had a lot of the things they said were inspected. Had issues? I know personally, therefore, i'm pretty sure they were never even inspected. Again, Nathan himself did a great job, very courteous, very professional. None of that was his fault.He is not the mechanical.

Arbenz has always been very thorough and attentive every time I have car issues. I know I’m not the only customer but he does respond to my phone calls or texts really quickly. The very reason I keep on coming back when I need something done with my car.
I am completely unssatisfied and surprised by the recent service. I bought my Honda CRV for a "fuel pump" recall, and it was running perfectly without any issues. After the repairs were completed, they told me everything was working fine and all inspections are passed including the battery test , I took it to my work, and after work, it wouldn't start ON , The next day, I brought it back to the dealership for inspection, and they told me there was a problem with the battery and it needed to be replaced. So I don't understand how the first inspection results were good, and after two hours from repairs it became weak ,
