When I purchased my current Honda, it was through another Honda dealership. After having my first complimentary service through the other dealership, I brought my current Honda back to Norm Reeves for service. I forfeited my second complimentary service at the other dealership. Norm Reeves Honda provides exceptional service which is what I received from Luis today.

Josh in service was the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. I will never return to Norm Reeves Irvine because of his behavior. I have a brand new Honda CRV and my daughter was about to make a purchase for a Civic Hybrid, but we will go else where!

MIke was very professional and I truly appreciate the service provided by him and the rest of the service team. I have many aftermarket modifications added to my Type R, but was so glad to find that many of the team members were also a car nut, who loved and had knowledge of not just Honda OEM, but also the aftermarket. This gave me great confidence in the Norm Reeves Honda taking car of my vehicle. Thank you all!!
