I am more then dissatisfied and very disappointed with the service of my vehicle at your Honda Service and with the unkind treatment from the two managers.
I only brought my car in for a Vehicle Safety Recall that was Life threatening from the DMV notice and from HONDA Automobile Division to have airbags replaced.
I was unaware of a Full Vehicle inspection with prices to fix those repairs
and I believed that all fluids would be checked and topped off.
When I brought my car in Nothing was wrong with it.
And after the service of replacing the airbags I drove around the block to the exit of the dealerships center when I noticed something was wrong, my temperature gage needle was pasted the HOT red indicator line which Startled me and I could smell smoke.
I immediately turned my car around and came back immediately to the Honda service there.
I told both managers what had happened, I was so upset and so disappointed that this was happening with my car but I did not receive any kindness, support, or real help with the matter. Only unkind, mean unresolved service statements.
Very Tough morning for me.
I am very unhappy with what had happened to my car and my experience with NORM REEVES HONDA SUPERSTORE. I had my car towed home from the HONDA Service there and have been without a car to drive ever sense.
I do not know how I will get to work grocery store to feed my family.
