Your entire staff was very friendly and more importantly they were honest. They weren’t blaming the customer for a cheap part not working. They instead told the truth that the seat issues was in multiple vehicles and gave advice on how to try and sit more in the middle of the seat not near the edge. It was nice knowing they knew the frustration I had been feeling since buying the car

Was not provided update of cars status until 4pm, was not given any information about how to order a replacement speaker for car, and mechanic seems to have made issue worse after diagnosing issue. I will not be bringing my car back to this location, please do not contact me.

This was my first time visiting this service department and I was really impressed! Everyone was very nice and made sure people barely waited for the car to be checked in or brought back out. Thanks to Mayhieu for being a great service advisor!

Communication regarding pick up time of our vehicle was very poor. We were told that we could get the car around 10 am. We finally got the car at 12:30 pm. There were no status updates and we were left in the dark. Also, trying to reach the service department via phone was possible. The system really ****. Hard to connect and then no follow through. We have two cars and keep them maintained regularly. This is the worst service we have experienced since 2012.
