Brandon did not charge me labor to replace two engine filters. That was awfully nice of him not to add that extra charge. And he also had my car washed which I would greatly appreciated. Great customer service! I’ll be back.

I want to express my appreciation to Stephen. His customer service was amazing. He helped solve a difficult situation. I made an appointment via telephone the prior week and when I got to Norm Reeves Honda, there was no record of the phone call nor the appointment. Stephen assured me he would do everything in his power to help come up with a solution. He and his colleague determined that it may be a simple fix and assured me he would do everything in his power to get the car fixed, Especially since I am from another state.
