Thank you, I need to speak with someone about what happened when my car was returned to us. We were on our way to Las Vegas, and the silver plate underneath the car was not properly screwed back in, and driving down the highway, we begin to hear a loud screeching sound. It was 8 PM at night in the middle of the desert. I called Honda road care, and they were unable to help us. By 9 PM we had after service care come to lift up the car and screw in the missing bolts. We are grateful that we did not have more damage to our car, and even ourselves. But clearly someone did not do their job correctly. please contact me when we can discuss this and how we will be reimbursed for the $250 fee. We had to pay to have the vehicle serviced and correct it so we could continue to get to Las Vegas where my husband had to be there for work. We did not end up arriving until 1 AM in the morning. Definitely not satisfied with the work done to the vehicle.

The first appointment had me waited in the waiting room for 4 and half hours and didn’t tell me the car was done. Went to find him and wasn’t there Another guy went to look for my paperwork and told me had to come back cause they didn’t have the parts so they had to reorder it and I had to come back next week. The following week no one callled me when the parts was going to arrive. I had to call myself to ask them and make an appointment. And when I was there they told me that it’s going to take about 4-5 hours. End up taking 6 hours.

First off, Arbenz was amazing. I came in and was greeted by the guys outside and Arbenz came out, made friendly banter and recommended based on my time of service next steps. I went on about my day and got the message everything was ready for pickup. I picked up my car and made it about 1 mile or so onto the 5 when my splash engine cover flew off. I knew a mistake had happened but I didn’t hesitate. I called in and the team asked me to bring it in. Once I arrived I was greeted and shown empathy for the situation. Arbenz apologized and told me they were going to take care of it all. Cars are not my thing but I also work in an area where you’re hoping a customer will trust to make a situation correct. However now I was the customer and of course my brain kept wanting to doubt anything I was going to be told but I kept talking myself into believing that Arbenz was taking care of me and Honda would make things right. Arbenz messaged me with ETA and communicated throughout the process up to the point of my vehicle being ready for pickup. This time I took side streets but everything was good and I knew Arbenz and the team did the job they needed to make my experience great. It’s rare to find such great customer service and this experience alone made me appreciate the Irvine location more. As I told Arbenz, we are human and humans mess up time to time. I knew it was a mistake. I also know what it means to be nice to each other and find a way forward together as human beings and treat each other with kindness which I know is probably not always given. So thank you so much to the team at Norm Reeves at Irvine Auto Center.

We are super happy with the service that our advisor Michael Fernandez provided, and the Honda mechanics team was fantastic in the professional work that was completed. We drive all the way from Murrieta to come to Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine because of the trust and satisfaction that has been built over the many years … from buying, to then servicing our two Hondas, you have been excellent! Thank you!!
