Honda no longer mfg model/engine design currently (2.0) that I would purchase.

The best service that I received in a very long time. Gerardo should provide training to service staff and served as a coach. This will bring more customers to your dealership. I will remind families and friends asking for Garardo when they require vehicle services.

The service that I had done probably was fine but I'm bummed the tire pressure light came on right as I left.
They were not able to diagnose the problem & when I came back to retrieve, they could not find it, so Luis was not there, so service person next to Luis called for my car to be brought up, I waited 15 min later I go back inside & a different service personnel calls for car, again I waited, & again no car so then I need to start asking wth, where the heck is my car, can't fix/diagnose & it takes , so I ask the guys that are driving the cars to the back , then they get another guy ,seriously it took 4 requests, not good
He was attentive, made good suggestions, was not at all pushy…..
And waited after hours for me to get there to pick up the car.

This is my second time being assisted by Michael Fernandez, it was the same as the first time. He was professional, helpful & thorough when explaining what I needed to know. The whole experience was pleasant as I understood everything that was explained to me & that’s very important when I’m spending so much money for the service.
