Everything went better and beyond that I expected for the day. Jacob had made a miracle getting my car in for an oil change and a ride home! They were very courteous, attentive as always. Their Honda!!!
They send me a text about things that my car needed and I text a question about how much would it cost me and my advisor Michael Fernandez didn’t reply and I call at lest 3 times to ask the status of my car and again to ask the cost of the filters they mention i need but again none of my calls were answered, I finally got a hold of them and I requested a ride to take me back to go pick up my car and ask my car to be wash and they didn’t wash my car , I end up taking my car to get wash because I didn’t feel comfortable going back to him , which also at the end even though he was there next to the advisor he send me to ,he gave my final report to another advisor to gave to me ..

First time here at this location to get a service and Nathaniel made the experience even better as he was knowledgeable, with amazing customer service, and has very good attitude. He was able to make my experience there a good one, greeting me when I arrived, explained my car’s condition at the end and able to tell me what might be need for the next service. Over all a good experience.

My car was not washed as promised
Issue wasn't fully resolved but I'm too frustrated at this point to have left vehicle longer when I'm reading the "doganosis"s for stuff that wasn't even pertaining to why I brought the car in. Now I have a TPMS light that won't turn off and it's now supposedly needing g to be replaced. Doubtful.
I had gone to freeway Honda to try to get my car looked at and was given bad attitude appraisal person looked like he hated his job. So I came to you guys and customer service provided was outstanding (Gerardo) that helped me provided me with great service. Will definitely be coming back to this norm reeves Honda
