Service guy was great..the service I was getting was done fairly quickly. They thing I really really hate about the service I recieved there is that every time it's something...either oily hand prints all over plastic parts or spilt fluids not rinsed off. Dried white crap on plastic parts that dont come off. I find it not professional and very half ****. No attention to detail. Takes a couple minutes to wipe things down. 409 works great on oil smudges on plastics.

I took my car in because there was a rat that was in my car. At first Delano seemed to be on top of everything and taking care of my car and my concerns. My car was being fixed for 1 week, when I got my car back last Saturday 9/14/24 I immediately notice how my car was dirty. My car wasn’t even vacuumed let alone sanitized how I was told it would be. I drove off and was maybe two lights away and realized my driver’s seat was strangely loose and seemed unsafe. I turned back around and drove back to the dealer and was told a bolt was missing from my seat. I left my car and took a loaner and let Delano know of the issue and also told him that my car hadn’t even been vacuumed. Delano apologized and guaranteed me that he would have my car detailed by the time I picked it up. I was notified on 9/15/24 that my car was ready to be picked up, when I picked it up the seat had been fixed but the car was still dirty. I texted Delano on 9/16/24 that my car was never detailed like he guaranteed it would be and I still have yet to get a response from him. I do not understand how I spent $4100 and still have rat urine and feces in my vehicle.

Mike Fernandez is fantastic. I got to know him when he was at RSM Honda. I like the folks over there. They have been very good to me. But as of late I have been having transmission issues. It started when I was in Vegas. The dealership in Vegas got my car running again. They were great, but they couldn’t find out what was causing my sluggish transmission. I took it to RSM Honda and they too couldn’t recreate the problem. I even took it to an independent repair shop and they couldn’t diagnose the problem either. It kept happening to me, albeit ‘consistently inconsistent.” I have been very frustrated thinking I was damaging my transmission by continuing to drive my van. Then I called Mike at your dealership because I have the utmost confidence and trust in him. Well, lo and behold, he and your service crew figured it out. My transmission had a valve that wasn’t shutting properly and needed to be cleaned. I did an oil change and brake fluid service too. My van drives like a dream again. Mike Fernandez is my guy. It’s worth driving up to Norm Reeves to continue getting taken care of by him. I was so happy I had to give Mike a hug goodbye because I was so grateful to have the problem solved and because I missed working with him. I am officially going to be getting my service at your dealership because of Mike and your auto mechanic team.

Nate helped me get my car fixed as fast as possible. He followed up with text messages and phone calls on the progress and also let me know when it was completed. Nate was awesome!
