I am however bewildered how and a/c condenser is covered under a service bulletin warranty extension yet an a/c evaporator ( twice the price) is not covered ( but is if it’s a civic). These are the kind of things that bring companies with great products very bad press and can ruin a brands reputation. Just look at Boeing if you want an example.
Hope you correct this problem and let customers know. That would be the moral and just action at this point. Decision and future are your for the making. Pray you’ll do the right thing.
