The service advisor called to say my vehicle was ready but when I arrived it wasn’t actually ready yet (it was still with the mechanic). I had to wait over an hour after arriving for my car to be ready and then it came out without being washed even though I requested it to be washed. I’ve always had good experiences before; I’m just providing this for feedback/improvement purposes.

The job that was done on my car- over $500 for a simple wire repair.
Gee-if I was told about it, I would have done it myself and saved lots money. That’s one knock against dealer repair shops-high costs.
And the mechanic did a poor job of taping the wire. The tape has
unraveled. The charge is too much for a simple job.
Can I bring the car back to have the job done to my satisfaction
at no charge

Luis was great! I really appreciated how he kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I only wish the technician would have spent a little more time trying to figure out what was causing the order coming through my vents. It’s very noticeable and I’m surprised they couldn’t smell it.

Gerardo Molina was very professional and helpful. He’s addressed all my concerns & was very thorough in explaining & clarifying any question I’d asked. Aside from taking care of what needed to be done, there was another issue with the car that was not taken care of at the last visit. I truly appreciate that he was knowledgeable & offered a solution.
