The only reason I continue to patronize your dealership for service is because of service advisor Brandon Son. I have brought my 2 current vehicles and my older vehicles to Brandon for service, and I trust his guidance/advice regarding repairs and maintenance. I am certain there is not a single person that wants to spend more money on servicing their vehicle, but when Brandon provides a thorough explanation of needed repairs or maintenance in layman’s terms I can understand, suddenly the cost for the repairs or maintenance is not foremost in my mind - the safe operation and care for my vehicle for longevity are most important. He is simply a knowledgeable service advise and great person, a combination rarely seen.
Michael was very professional and very knowledgeable as to the issues in regards to my vehicle. I was very satisfied with the service that Norm Reeves Honda provided and I definitely will return for additional services.
Arbenz was very polite and attentive. He made me feel like at home. After buying two cars at this location and maintained them for several years there, now with my new Civic I really felt a warm welcome and ready to become a loyal customer again.
