Went in as a walk in with tire issues. Was not giving detailed descriptions to what the process is like for this situation. Was told I needed additional services but no details were provided to what the service is or why is needed nor pricing. I inquired about an oil changed which was just added but again no explanation to pricing. Spent all day at dealership for Michael to tell me the tire they need to replace mine was not in stock and it would take several days for it to come in. Which then he mentioned my suggestion to changing all tires which made it seem like I had to order all 4 replacements in order to order them via the dealer. I believe he could have checked inventory so I could have tried a different tire shop. At the end he just sent me out suggested I try somewhere else to find my tire. A whole day was wasted as well as work hours due to this. It would have been easier to go to a different shop or dealership. Will not be coming back here.
Michael, along with all the other gentlemen that I encountered in the process of checking my vehicle in and getting a complimentary ride, everyone was amazing and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

Gerardo did a good job in understanding what was determined the day before regarding the application of the online discount offered to me. Then there was no issue in adding new window washer blades to my order. However, when my vehicle was returned to me after having been washed, I had to get out of my vehicle before I could drive off because my mirror on the passenger side was flexed towards the car. Otherwise it was a very pleasant experience otherwise. Marilyn B
