Mayhieu did a great job servicing my car today.
Came in for my 10:30am express oil change appointment. The right side appointment line was all backed up so I was directed to the left side behind another car. It took 12 minutes to get a service advisor. I showed him my Norm Reeves mailer with the 49.95 coupon which he entered and then I found a seat in the waiting area. The time he entered the original paperwork was 10:52am when he offered a complimentary car wash. I paid at 12:35pm and received my car at 12:40 not washed but with a $10 discount. Michael was great, personable and gave a discount without me asking but and Express Oil change shouldn’t have me waiting over 10 minutes to check in and then shouldn’t take over 1 1/2 hours and not have my car washed when I saw others coming out washed.
My service advisor does a great job. Every time I come in , he explains everything to me and cerynpitnet and helpful and kind !
