Luis was great and super helpful. I had complained about a squeak in the car and the mechanic that worked on the car said he was unable to pinpoint it. I came back to pick up the car and he test drove it with me and he could hear the squeak. This squeak wasn't loud at all, but you could definitely hear it at a low rate of speed. The mechanic told me that I should just see if it goes away or gets louder. I was a little frustrated because it's a brand new car and only has about 5000 miles on.
So needless to say, I've been driving for the last few days and the squeak is very apparent and now I need to schedule to take it back in.

The service technician did a good job servicing my car. I checked and all of my fluids were topped off: windshield washer fluid reservoir, brake fluid and battery cells.
However, I think he should check check his tire pressure gauge because I checked the cold tire pressure of all 4 of my tires (the following morning) and they were all set to 36 psi. My 2018 Honda CRV front tires should be set to 33 psi and the rear tires to 30 psi.
Overall satisfied with the service I received at Norm Reeves Honda for my car.
