Kenya was responsive and did a good job at keeping me updated. Needing repairs is never fun but she made it as painless as possible. She was a joy to work with.
Too many employees standing around doing nothing. (Like 8, including service advisors) while I waited to be helped. Not a good look. Service was ok. Waited over an hour to be picked up by the shuttle/uber to collect my car. Service advisor did a good job

Erick was incredibly kind and helpful. He really went above and beyond to help me with my car. From scheduling the shuttle for me to sending me updates to staying until I got my car even though it was up to the last minute. I appreciate everything he did.
