No problems with Michael. When I came to get my car and paid for the service I waited outside for my car to be delivered . Lots of workers walking around but noone getting my car. One nice man looked at me and said he noticed I was still waiting. He was coming back from lunch and kindly offered to get my car. So kind of him as I had been waiting almost 25 minutes! This has never happened in the past and maybe because in early afternoon? I think his name was Eddie? Could be wrong but I sure appreciated his taking the time. Also noticed my AC was set to LO, the coldest setting! WHY? Do they run the AC while working on the car? My car had been in the sun and was extremely hot. I could not get the AC to work like before ie didn’t cool down the car and didn’t feel cool when I put my hand over a vent. Why was it on Lo? Did something get disturbed/ bumped while doing the other work on the car? My AC worked perfectly prior to this visit. Will check again in AM and hope it is working like before my visit

My car was missing parts that where removed. And my car was paint damaged where some clips where removed. As i drive the car it sound like there something loose under hood. I only took it for a sensor under seat recall and they ended up doing other recall that i was not aware of or informed.
