Very very happy with the team at freeway insurance, they will take care if your needs with a great attitude, special shout out to Oscar Moguel I ran into a very unfortunate situation with my Honda but Oscar made the whole process very easy going and stress free I really appreciate everything he’s done definitely deserves more recognition

Jose was great! I loved going to him to have my car serviced. I said “no” to this question because the cashier ladies were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I took my car to be serviced on Monday 9/15 and Tuesday 9/16. Both days I was ignored, not acknowledged, and not spoken to. I stood there for several minutes waiting to be acknowledged on Monday and wasn’t given any help until Jose showed up at the cashier desk. He was the one to help me finish the transaction, not the actual cashiers. On Tuesday, I had a family member pick up my car, and they were also ignored and not acknowledged. On Tuesday, the cashier didn’t call the service department that they were there to pick up the car and had to go on a runaround to get the keys. I would love to work with Jose again, but I do not want to go there if those specific cashiers will be there as they made us feel unwelcome.
