The service was great, but you need to fix your automated emails. I got an email saying that I had missed my appointment after I had already rescheduled. Otherwise, it was great.

Erick M. Zermeno and the staff made my experience amazing and simple. I had a recall on my 2024 Honda Accord I dropped it off handed over my keys. Erick offered a uber ride since it’s a 2 hour process but I already had someone picking me up I thought that was a great service to give to customers since it is a long wait. Once my vehicle was done I was notified with a via text message stating my vehicle is ready to be picked and everything is good to go. I appreciate the help and service at Freeway Honda Santa Ana, CA.

I had an excellent experience at Freeway Honda in Santa Ana, for my oil change. My service advisor, Teresa Hillstead,was very professional and helped me understand all the work needed for my vehicle. The repair was completed efficiently, and the team kept me informed throughout the process. I felt the service was honest and worth the cost, and I will definitely be returning to their service department for future needs.
