Kenya was very helpful, answered my questions and my follow up questions. Helped to set reasonable expectations re timing and cost so I had a clear understanding of how the process was going to go. She kept me informed and the work was completed how she told me. I wasn’t planning on picking up a nail and losing tire pressure on a busy Monday morning. She was a great resource to me to get my day back on track. And a very positive person to put in front of your customers.
I just had to pay for a service that should have been fixed when I brought my car in 3 months ago. A bandaid was put on something that should have been replaced 3 months ago, so it feels like I flushed $400 down the toilet. Won’t be returning.
Good service..but i got a screw i my tire lf frt..but it was taken care of in a timely manner..thanks..your coffee machine needs cleaning coffee tast horrible..but chocolate is good..my dash cam was disconnected..I guess the technician didn't want me to see his ugly mug shot..I dont blame him..hahaha..service was good car seems to be running ok..that is amazing..I have to say honda sure beats Chevrolet..
