We had a wonderful experience at Freeway Honda. We were driving from Washington State when our sun roof exploded- we called Freeway Honda- we spoke with Oscar- who immediately ordered the spare part- got it all repaired expeditiously the following day and we were able to continue our journey to Palm Springs! Really impressed with this dealership and the whole team - the techs, Manager and Oscar. Thank you once again!

Oscar is very welcoming, always answers my questions in a professional manner and sets my appts efficiently. I will drive to this location even if it’s further from other Honda locations. I find the staff and management are very friendly and upscale. Thank you!

Not the result that I want to hear but Matt was able to articulate the issue and was given a reassurance supported by pictures. dealership mechanic did not identify any oil leak although evidence of oil leak was evident under the transmission. They noted the issue and will check again on my first oil change. Matt made me comfortable that I was provided the appropriate solution to my issue. Thank you Matt

My service advisor today was Matthew Waddington. He was excellent. He explained what needed to be done and followed up on what was done. Matthew is a good communicator, knowledgeable about car repair and is trustworthy with my cars needs. Matthew has excellent interpersonal skills.
