I had the best experience today. As always, Kenya was very helpful and efficient. She answered all my questions and ensured my vehicle was in good hands . This is my second vehicle purchase at Honda and I appreciate and enjoy my experience at the service department every time my vehicles need maintenance. Freeway Honda identified a failed inner axle boot and this was confirmed when I had my tires rotated. The total cost was actually less than the estimate, so that was unexpected but good to see. I feel confident with the expertise of Freeway Honda to fix my older Ridgeline.
