The problem came back up. I felt like they just erased the code and didn’t check the problems and also the recall still appears. I understand they were probably busy, but this is bad customer service.

Service appointment went great today, I want Erick Zermeno to be my go to service guy, he is the person you need working with your dealership, informative and listens well even when busy, great communication. The only issue I had was that there was no recap of the service at checkout. They did write it on my receipt but there’s no way to ask follow up questions that way. A quick review of the completed work would’ve been great. But otherwise quick & great staff.

Drain plug from oil pan was damaged and now have to pay to resolve my issue. Issue was not present prior to service. Appreciate the temporary solution provided to allow for my car to drive out of the dealer but issue is still present.

Erick M. Zermeno didn’t give me my multipoint inspection report at the end of the car service. He failed to communicate and wasn’t attentive at all. He also seemed bothered when I asked for the status of my car after waiting for 2 hours for an oil change. I have been going to Freeway Honda for about 5 years this was by far the worst experience I’ve had in a dealership
