Saib is very professional. He listens to my reports and potential problems I am feeling as I drive. He not only found the problems but provided me with a great price for such an expensive repair. My car now feels great and even though I hope a next generation odyssey is available soon, it’s great that Saib has a team to keep mine running well

Michael was great ! Every time he knew something about the service process, he let me know. I had the lounge virtually to myself. The wait was a bit longer than I anticipated, but Michael had no control over that.

The problem came back up. I felt like they just erased the code and didn’t check the problems and also the recall still appears. I understand they were probably busy, but this is bad customer service.
