Service was fine. I had a coupon for $84 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told $8 would be added due to the type of car I brought in. I brought in a Honda Accord. Please fix the coupon so the price is consistent.

I needed a review of another issue of my car in addition to the recall and the oil change but the answer from him was that I need to make another appointment. I didn’t receive any additional help to solve the problem. You need to understand that I have a limited time and if I need that you check my car for one issue is because the quality of the components of the car not is my fault.

My service advisor was fine, but I feel like if I’m spending $400 on a service, the least you guys can do is drive it through the car wash machine at the end. Our Toyota dealership always does this and Nissan did it when I had a Nissan. It costs almost nothing to the dealership.
