Everyone was really nice. I just wish we’d be offered a car wash or have the shuttle do pick up as well. But overall great service and everyone was very nice.

I’m always satisfied with the service itself, but the person who answers the phone for reservations is very rude. This has happened more than once. It really ruins the experience. The phone representative is the face of the company, so I don’t understand why they would treat customers like that.
