They seemed really busy and almost bothered by having another drop in option. Other than that service looks to be done well. I’m used to the honda service centers washing my car - disappointing to see the two times i’ve brought my car here they never go the extra step of just washing the car. Other than that it’s basic service.

It was a busy day at the dealer. Matthew arranged shuttle for me so I can be home doing things during the 3-4 hours of waiting. He also treated me with courtesy and professionalism.
