The service was fine, the employees were cordial, and am normally pleased with this dealership. However, I left the below text message with a photograph at ****-****-xxxx at approximately 11:30am on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. I'm not a happy camper. Upon arriving at my house, I discovered that my key-fob is broken. The chrome part that had the triple-ring attached to my key chain, has disappeared! Thank heavens I have another key-fob to take its place. Is there a way that the chrome part can be ordered and mailed to me? Or do I get a new key-fob replacement? Sincerely, Thea E

Told to pickup vehicle everything fine. My main concern was the idle off leaves me unable to start the car. I’m sometimes left in traffic unable to start the car unless I urn off the A/C and it has been able to start. But it’s dangerous to have to do this in live traffic. Couldn’t find cause but I k ow something is wrong with the battery and it should be changed. Also had three upholstery issues. Was told someone special comes into Honda for that and would schedule me appointment later. That never happened. Overall a crappy experience

The process was well organized. The waiting room was comfortable, and the service was prompt and clear. Teresa Hilllsread was an excellent adviser. She was very courteous, professional, thorough and attentive to client questions and concerns.
