My oil life reading had not been re-set when I received my vehicle. I was a bit irritated when I thought that I had waited two hours and paid for work that wasn’t even completed. The attendant took my vehicle back to have the readings quickly re-set and apologized for the error.

Kenya is very nice and helpful but I’m upset with things being changed on me. I was told by saib that the technician and Kenya opened a claim on my car last time I took it now Kenya says she didn’t so I don’t know what’s true. I don’t know what to believe in regards to my car.

Being a Physician it’s very hard to make an appointment to get my Mini van serviced bec my schedule is very hectic! But today since my schedule turned out lighter due to Covid ( pt’s canceling and staying home) I brought my car in without an appointment and everyone was so helpful, polite and offered advise on what my car needed! They are all a great team!
