1) Requested work was not completed.
2) Uber pick-up didn’t show-up. Nobody from freeway Honda could help. Finally after waiting for 30 minutes I took an Uber myself and came there.
Great service advisor , always goes above and beyond to make my experience satisfying .Great at communicating back and forth all the issues in the vehicle and always being transparent ,never trying to overcharge for things that I do not need .
