Adrian was very helpful, he took my concerns seriously and ensured that the underbody of the vehicle was inspected after debris was caught below the vehicle and dragged.
Matt went above and beyond to address my concerns. He has very good communication skills. . He let me know what's going on with my car every step of the way. He tried everything possible to get a quote from caliber for me but my insurance didn't get back to me in time with a claim number by the time it was for me to return the loaner and pick up my car.

I paid for the key and remote and for them to install I noticed none of the remote is active I would like a refund on the part for the remote.the trunk doesn’t open auto with key also the door doesn’t open or lock with key remote.
