Came in to check malfunction indicator light lamp. Manual said to tighten gas cap. I did that before coming in. Told I’d need a new $2200 part ($2600) on 2012 Honda Hybrid Civic and car was only safe to drive a couple days before the part came in. The light went off later in the day. Felt like I was getting a huge charge for unneeded service. Regular customer. Purchased car and get regular service here.
