Everything was fine, I just had to wait quite a while for pick up, I think they forgot about me,
After leaving my car all day. The issue is still present. Front speaker is still sounds like static. Not as consistent as it previously was but still bothersome.

I called and brought my car back in for the 4th time because I started to hear scraping/something was lose noises after picking up my car for the 3rd time. When I got to the dealership, Oscar had the technician that worked on my car waiting on me and we drove my car til I was able to let him hear what noises I was hearing. Oscar test drove after the issue was fixed to make sure that the noises were gone and let me know it was ready to pick it up. He sent me an Uber to pick up my car.
The service was completed within the time estimated. I would however appreciate a status call to let me know the status of service and when the service is expected .

Only basic maintenance was done. Wish break pads replacement was done same day as well so I don't have to come back.

Oscar is very helpfully person I recommend to everybody work with him.
After taking it for a recall, first they did not have the part needed to complete the recall, then later on that day all kinds of problem notifications came up for example ACC problem, LKAS problem collision mitigation problem.
Fast reliable good service
Seemed like BS. It’s fine though. There’s other dealerships I can get with done in our 2 Hondas.
