I encountered a couple issues while bringing my vehicle to Freeway Honda. 1st issue was a long wait time for a service advisor to come greet/check me in (no other vehicle was present, there shouldn’t have been a long wait. Also want to point out there were numerous service advisors at the counter who were free but chose not to assist) 2nd issue, I paid $600+ dollars for routine service and did not receive a car wash upon pickup! (I have brought my vehicle to other Honda dealership, paid less than $100 and still received a free car wash!) Last issue, when changing out my cabin filter, the service technician did not install the latch correctly on my glove compartment box. I was not able to close it. Drove all the way back to the dealership after arriving home and was told by one of the Honda staff that the service technician forgot to install the latch. This was a horrible experience, I will not be returning and have recommended family and friends to drive further out to Anaheim hills Honda dealership if want better service.
