Saib has been very helpful, however my 4-wheel alignment on 4 brand new tires was not done very well. No issues at all with alignment before the work was done. Steering wheel is now not straight and the vehicle pulls to the right. Doing the alignment created a problem where there was zero problem before. It is a major inconvenience to have to go back and have the alignment re-done. Was the vehicle not road tested? Just a 2 minute drive in the parking lot would have clearly shown the work was not done well.
