I showed up without an appointment with 1 minute before 2:00 and was treated courteously and efficiently. The whole process was easy and Kenya kept me informed throughout and helped me greatly by making my car available for pickup after service hours. Thank you!

FYI - applying for a refund on my tires, given the 70,000 warranty, would have amounted to about $17, so I am not doing it. It is understandable that that the price for tires has gone up since 2019, but your labor costs have quadrupled.

Michael was awesome . We were looking at buying a used Honda and only had one day. He squeezed us in and then was very generous with his knowledge . I do appreciate it. We did buy the car and will definitely be using yiu for future service
