Kenya Adame was very helpful and very nice in letting me know the process in how to get my car checked for a diagnostic check and she helped me in a timely manner and didn't waste my time. She is an amazing person and I'm so glad that there are people like this at Honda to help others. Kenya should be a raise because she was actually really so nice to me. Best day of my car service/re-call emission fix at Honday Freeway/ Santa Ana. Eric is very accodating and service staff are helping everyone when you are just standing in one corner. They will ask you if weve been help. Over all 5 star i gave them! Way to go and more power Honda Freeway/ Santa Ana.

Kenya was amazing explaining all the charges to us- even when we made a mistake.
My last service was in January and most things were fine (only air filters and brake fluid were listed as needing attention soon). Suddenly today in March, there's a bunch of urgent things that need to be fixed immediately. Employee couldn't tell me why sway bar end link replacements cost twice what they did last year. Tried to tell me the radiator coolant replacement was part of a transmission service. Tried to tell me the urgent work was purely due to my car's age despite my mileage being less than half of the expected mileage for the age is. He wouldn't confirm that they inspected the parts to see if they actually needed replacing. They also didn't give me the 15% off all air filters. They tried telling me one of the filters was "retail". I'm so disgusted by the service today that after coming for multiple years, I will not be a regular customer anymore.
