Oscar is always great & very professional.
Lady told me wheels would be powder coated and done same day, drove an hour and half to location only to be told this process takes 1-2 days lol and car ended up being done next day. Ended up just taking a loaner car to not be a Karen in the situation.

Everything went well, except for the fact that I’m not offered a car wash or at least a rinse. I did ask for one and I was told that you guys do not offer them at all. Norms Revés does still do it so I was a bit disappointed.

I have reported multiple times, even since I first leased the car that there is a very loud noise when I back up. The dealership has never fixed the issue even though they have told me Honda is aware of the issue with this model.

When you have a problem with your car and do not get straight answer, what the issue was, it raises lots of questions. Specially from the dealership. When it's anybody on the street well I understand.this was a scary thing. All the lights when on at once and the car didn't go faster than 12 miles an hour.and when they said the battery is low. And I ask what they did , they said they replace it.but they didn't what do you think?.
