Customer service and management seemed frustrated after they rolled my broken window all the way down (I asked them to try and roll it up). Basically they made it seem like it was my fault, really seems like they were trying to rip me off bc i was able to find the part new for half the price of the used one they quoted me. Further found someone to perform the labor at half the quoted price. They were frustrated that i was unhapppy about them rolling my window down which i find confusing bc they messed up my car and tried to get me to pay $800, not the other way around. Wont be back. Was able to get this job done for less than $400.

My overall experience is always a horrible one. Customer service should be the number one priority to any company. Honda promises “Exceptional Customer Service” and it’s not fulfilling its statement. Employees need to be trained to cater to the customer and make them feel welcome and they don’t do that in anyway. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
