Didn't like that I had to ask for the print out showing the checklist. I just paid and was given my keys. I had to go inside and ask. Seemed a bit unprofessional.

I am a guaranteed customer after my recent experience there and will continue to bring my vehicle to Freeway Honda for service with Erick. As a female it’s easy to feel intimidated by all the car lingo and not quite understand all that’s needed to get my vehicle repaired but Erick went above and beyond with insuring I understood and my car was serviced quickly each time. He has made my experience amazing (that’s saying a lot because who really wants the hassle of servicing their vehicle). I am beyond thankful for him and his help along the way insuring I had a ride to work while my vehicle was in the shop and a ride back to the shop. I have advised other Honda owners to bring their vehicles for service there specifically requesting Erick. Ive purchased two vehicles from there and look forward to purchasing my next and continuing my services at Freeway Honda as well.
