Once my car was return to me. I ask for my advisor to explain what they found on my battery but he was out to lunch and no other advisor could help I was just sent to the cashier. Then I ask for the courtesy car wash that was promise when I bought the vehicle and he pretty much blew me off and said no I had to go to the other departments. I'm asking for another advisor next time I go.
I made a 10pm appt for oil change & Tire rotation. When I came in she quote 1 hour and half. It took 30 minutes for a shuttle to arrive, I ended up saying no to the shuttle waited another hour. 10 minutes before the 1hr & 30minute deadline. The tells me an update and tells me it’s going to take another 1hour and a half while I’m waiting ? She needs to learn how to manage time. I would NOT recommend.

I’m so glad that you’re fixing my car but it’s one question to ask you about my car last year I take to you and year later have same service how long that happened it’s can be every year still under warranty how long is that going to last thanks
