Lleve mi carro para que le hicieran el cambio de aceite y rotación de las llantas, al final del trabajo que le hicieron me mandaron un mensaje en donde le quebraron el birlo que lleva el wheel del lado derecho de enfrente. Y quieren que yo lo pague cuando fue el el técnico que hizo el servicio de mi carro el que lo quebró al remover la llanta de enfrente del lado del pasajero. No se me hace justo esto. Tengo dos carros Honda Accord que llevo con ustedes para hacerle los servicios a mis carros y con lo que pasó hoy creo no se me hace justo que yo pague eso cuando ustedes lo quebraron.
Espere más de 30min para recibir mi carro y como mire k no lo entregaban lo busqué y lo tuve k agarrar yo personalmente y el nivel de agua del radiador estaba bajo
Very upset that your mechanic changed on of the air filters, without asking me first. I, myself just replaced this filter 10 months ago. There is absolutely NO way it needed to be replaced. I was charged for the new one and the labor to install it.
I will not be bringing this car back to your dealership for service.

It took over 3 hours for a tire rotation with an appointment. Every time we walked up and asked for an update we were told they were almost done. We stated my car was parked outside in back for over an hour in the same place and were ignored. No consideration for people time and no attempt to actually check on status of vehicle
It took less than hour to complete a tune up, and less than $100. It doesn't get much better than that. And Saib warned me that the timing belt would need attention, by the time of the next visit.

Oscar and Tech Tim went above and beyond to discovery the reason why my pilot would turn off suddenly while driving. Detective work payed off. They both kept me updated while issue was resolved. Oscar is my go to for all honda questions and issues.
I appreciated all the details on the initial inspection report. Showing what was observed and what was needed to be repaired.
