Your billing is misleading. I was surprised when I arrived to pickup my car and found my total bill was much higher than what you had sent me. I had no choice but to pay since the work was done but I’ll think about twice before I go back. I was very upset.

Today was a bad experience, just like the last time I was there. I came in for an oil change and the service is no longer as great as it used to be. As soon as I pulled up to the service, the first person to great me said they weren’t going to do an oil change because my cars oil was at 30%. This has never been a prior issue. The person told me to ask a person inside the service center to ask about the oil change and a very young woman, that I have also seen at the cashiers office, said I could do it, as if she were giving me permission. Not a single person referred to me. I spoke to four different people, each one of them had a terrible negative attitude, and no one had any idea of what I was talking about when I asked about my car. The same woman I first spoke to ignored me as I stood in front of her - which was ver disrespectful. Not a single person came out to give me a copy of my service receipt. I waited for four hours. Apparently, the service receipt was never printed because no one took my concerns seriously. The last representative I spoke to finally gave me a copy of my service report but failed to mention I needed to go to the cashiers office. I received a text regarding my car being ready and still had to wait an extra 40 minutes to have someone bring out my car as it was not even in the waiting area like it had always been in the past. I will no longer be getting my car serviced at Freeway Honda as the service gets worse each time. Service employees are very condescending (except for Oscar Moguel); however, all of the salesmen and manager are always attentive and always greet me with a smile on their face, but this does not outweigh the negative experiences from their service center.
