This is my second time working with Oscar and he’s been great and helpful both times I’ve worked with him. With my limited knowledge on cars, going to the dealer could be intimidating but I always feel comfortable going here because of service advisors like Oscar!
Had a pretty decent experience
Matthew was not very welcoming and wasn't going to explain the causes of the vehicle not working properly until I asked. Took the vehicle once again this Friday because the part had come in overnight but was unable to go the next day until this past Friday. Once again was told that they were very busy to fix it even though the car was dropped off a little before 8 a.m.
Thanks for all sorts of pending problems related with my car. All the recall services are fixed on time. Thank you for courtesy transportation service.
